The Wagon Wheel Inn's Seven Select Michigan Beers
Angler's Ale A full-bodied English Pale Ale with a bright copper color. It has a full, toasted and complex malt flavor with a hint of sweet carmel.
Oberon An American wheat ale made with European ingredients. Belgium wheat malt and Czech Saaz hops provide a spicy, fruity balance to this seasonal ale.
Light House Amber A German style Alt, with a brilliant light amber hue. It is silky-smooth medium body and a Noble hop aroma up front that finishes with a Carmel malt nose.
Raspberry Ale A light ale made with 100% real raspberries which gives this beer a fruity aroma while keeping the beer balanced in taste and not 'oversweet' or 'overpowering'
All Day IPA All-day IPA is naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatic and clean finish.
Train Wreck Ale An American Amber Ale brewed with maple syrup and honey to give it a full body and smooth sweetness.
The Poet This sout is sheer beer poetry. Rich, roasty flavors with hints of coffee and chocolate. One glass and you'll agree: The Poet is truly a rich, creamy brew of epic proportions.

My New Favorite Place

I just relocated here from Florida. Stopped in after Christmas shopping for lunch and a couple of beers...the fried pickle chips were the best I've ever had!! The atmosphere was very quaint, the people very friendly, and the place was very clean! I will definitely be back!!

What Our Customers Say About Us ...

Good Service

"My friends took me to the The Wagon Wheel Inn tonight. We all enjoyed our meal and had the very best of service. It's a friendly bar and we plan on going again. The sweet potato fries were especially good."

Our Favorite Place

Notice to everyone who enjoys fun, eating and relaxing with friends: The Wagon Wheel Inn, located in West Branch is under new management. The new and improved "Wheel" is the place to go. They feature great food, good prices, friendly people and excellent service. Remember "Cheers" on T.V. and the theme "where everybody knows your name?"-- that's our new "Wheel". If you need to work off a few pounds, frustration or have anger issues the beach volleyball courts are right there. How many places offer beach volleyball? So come, relax and have some fun. As a patron of the The Wagon Wheel Inn, I know you will be pleased.

Cheers comes to West Branch

"Yesterday, my wife and I decided to take a little drive out M-30 and check out the Wagon Wheel. I had been virtually housebound for a year due to a back problem. I was just discharged from physical therapy and we were in a mood to celebrate. The Wagon Wheel proved to be an excellent choice. The place is clean, not too dark, peaceful, and comfortable. The bartender, Gina, is the ultimate host. She seems to always have a happy smile and she is a walking advertisement for the place. She makes excellent mixed drinks and served us one of the best pizzas you can imagine. There is a good assortment of beer available on tap. The other folks in the bar were friendly and pleasant. One lady told us that the Wagon Wheel has had several owners; but that the newest is the best, yet. The bar has one pool table and a nice selection of music on its juke box.  I don't go to bars often; but the Wagon Wheel provided the quiet and mellow atmosphere that I enjoy most when I want to go out and have a drink. My wife and I will be returning. I understand a volleyball tournament was starting last night: I hope it didn't get rained out. "

Worth the trip!

"Our family found this spot while visiting West Branch. Everyone ordered something different and we all were impressed from the burger, and shrimp basket to the delicious pizza which puts the chains to shame. It's a little out of the way, but the scenic drive, delicious food and homey feel made it worth the trip."
